As a DPD Champion, our team members represent and support the importance that organizations, businesses and government all share the responsibility of proper data management by ensuring privacy, safeguarding data and enabling trust.
Data Privacy Day is observed annually on January 28 with a goal to inspire dialogue and empower individuals and companies to act when it comes to considering privacy implications of their online actions and data protections.
How Can You Take Action?
Millions of people are unaware and uninformed about how their personal information is being used, collected or shared digitally. Whether you get involved at home personally, at work with your colleagues or even in your community, DPD is a great day to share data privacy tips, helpful information and spread the word about making the protection of privacy and data a greater priority.
