About the Role
A-LIGN is looking for a passionate, motivated Product Marketing Manager to help build and accelerate the growth of our business. The compliance market is in a state of hyper-growth, driven by continuous security monitoring and automation of the audit process. The Product Marketing Manager position is a high-impact role that’s critical to the strategy of the company as we help over 4,000 global organizations navigate the complexities of cybersecurity and compliance.
Reports to: Director of Product Marketing
Pay Classification: Full-Time, Exempt
Responsibilities
- Develop an understanding of the security monitoring, audit, and compliance market while working closely with service delivery, sales, marketing, and other internal functions to drive a go-to-market strategy for service lines.
- Enable internal partners with clear messaging and positioning frameworks and craft materials to support customer-facing interactions, e.g. sales proposal decks, messaging frameworks, sell sheets, personas, etc.
- Responsible for competitive analysis and industry updates that could impact service line offerings and messaging.
- Effectively and passionately communicate the differentiated value proposition of our brand and products to clients and prospects.
- Understand the changing buying process around cybersecurity monitoring, compliance, and audits in the context of customer personas, goals, challenges, and behaviors.
- Partner closely with sales enablement to create the necessary sales enablement content, training, and messaging for all service lines.
- Ensure consistency in messaging across all touchpoints, such as on the website, at tradeshows, webinars, etc.
- Work in a collaborative environment to directly influence marketing efforts that lead to sales pipeline expansion.
Minimum Qualifications
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications required
EXPERIENCE
- 3+ years of relevant experience in product marketing in a fast-paced, B2B SaaS environment (cybersecurity industry strongly preferred)
- Experience presenting to various audiences both technical and executive
- Experience working with B2B sales teams

- A technical aptitude and intellectual curiosity for cybersecurity
- Ability to work closely with technical and business stakeholders
- Excellent writing, storytelling, and communication skills
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work individually as well as collaboratively
