About the Role
The Manager of Go-to-Market (GTM) Technology & Data Operations serves as the connective tissue between our revenue-generating teams and the technology and data infrastructure that powers them; translating business needs into smart systems, clean data, integrated reporting, and automated workflows that make our Sales, Marketing, Partner, and Revenue Operations functions more effective. You will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and GTM leadership to translate strategy into repeatable systems, reliable forecasting, and actionable insights.

Responsibilities
GTM Technology Integration & Operations
- Serve as the GTM Operations team's primary subject matter expert on the revenue technology stack, including Salesforce, Clay, Outreach, marketing automation platforms, and partner management tools
- Own the operational integrity of how data flows between GTM tools, identifying where integrations break, where data degrades, and where workflow gaps are creating friction for revenue teams
- Evaluate new tools and integrations that could improve the efficiency or effectiveness of the GTM motion, and make recommendations to the VP of GTM Operations
- Maintain working knowledge of the Salesforce data model, object relationships, and reporting capabilities sufficient to build sophisticated reports, diagnose data issues, and spec configuration changes with precision
Data Enrichment & Prospecting Infrastructure
- Own primary data enrichment and prospecting automation platforms, building, maintaining, and continuously improving enrichment workflows, waterfall logic, and ICP-based targeting
- Work closely with Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, and Partner Operations to ensure enriched data is structured correctly, mapped to the right Salesforce fields, and actionable by the teams consuming it
- Identify and implement complementary enrichment sources and automation tools (Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, intent data providers, etc.) that strengthen the quality and coverage of A-LIGN's prospecting data
- Build scalable workflows that connect enrichment outputs to downstream actions, Outreach sequence enrollment, Salesforce record creation or update, marketing automation triggers
GTM Analytics & Cross-Functional Reporting
- Own the reporting infrastructure that cuts across all GTM functions, including building and maintaining dashboards and reports that give leadership clear visibility into pipeline coverage, funnel conversion, campaign attribution, partner-sourced revenue, and sales productivity
- Build and maintain standardized dashboards and KPI frameworks connecting spend, pipeline, bookings, and performance.
- Manage integrated revenue forecasting, planning, and reporting across marketing, sales, and partners.
- Proactively surface data anomalies, coverage gaps, or performance trends before they become surprises in a forecasting review
- Serve as the data quality steward for GTM Operations, establishing standards, flagging violations, and working with functional managers to maintain the integrity of the data underlying all reporting
Enablement, Process & Operational Excellence
- Support sales and partner enablement through clear operating cadences, OKRs, and performance tracking.
- Identify process gaps and bottlenecks; lead continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and conversion.
- Ensure CRM and GTM process compliance across regions to protect data quality and reporting accuracy.
Minimum Qualifications
EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- Master’s in business administration (MBA) preferred
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 5 years in sales operations, business planning, or sales support management roles
- Private Equity (PE)-backed portfolio company experience strongly preferred
- Track record of managing analytically rigorous corporate initiatives
- Expertise in Sales and GTM strategy and planning
- Proven leadership in Sales and Marketing Operations
- Skilled in utilizing Salesforce
- Experience developing accurate success measures directly tied to compensation strategies
