Enterprise Account Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE

As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will provide high-level sales and sales support by working independently as well as collaboratively as part of our Strategic Account Management Team. The Enterprise Account Manager will be responsible for retaining current clients and increasing client loyalty, as well as, cultivating growth sales through industry research and other business development activities within an assigned enterprise client base. The Enterprise Account Manager will be responsible for guiding clients through their buyer's journey, closing profitable business and meeting and/or exceeding annual sales targets. REPORTS TO: Vice President of Strategic Accounts   

PAY CLASSIFICATION: Full-Time, Exempt

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Leveraging account-based engagement to retain A-LIGN existing enterprise accounts, and expand service offerings within those clients
  • Conduct proper due-diligence research of customers to target subsidiaries and growth opportunities within the client base
  • Close profitable business opportunities within the existing client footprint
  • Whitespace the existing customer accounts to strategically engage the right contacts and right growth opportunities
  • Exhibit strong pipeline management behavior to accurately represent the state of retention and growth within the assigned base

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION

Bachelor's Degree in related discipline or equivalent experience

EXPERIENCE

  • At least 5 years of experience in account selling
  • Full lifecycle sales experience in the professional services industry
  • Experience selling IT auditing, information security, or compliance services a plus
  • Strong computer/Microsoft Office skills
