Business Resource Groups (BRG)
A BRG is a voluntary, employee-led group that aims to foster a diverse and inclusive workplace. These forums are for Climbers to share common interests, identities, cultural backgrounds, and goals. These groups also serve as a social function and provide a source of community and support. The DE&I Network started in July 2020, and we have been growing ever since.
Women’s Network
To foster a community within the workplace where women are inspired and provided tools and resources to reach their full potential by creating actionable change, communicating freely, and building meaningful, supportive relationships.
Minorities
To promote a safe and positive work environment that embraces and celebrates cultural differences, promotes diversity, education, and opportunities for us all while providing awareness.
Veterans
To promote wellness and understanding for members in and out of our military community and to empower service members transitioning into a civilian career and represent members currently serving with the U.S. National Guard and Reserves.
LGBTQIA+
To bring awareness, support, resources, and community to employees and their families regarding sexual orientation, gender identity and expression.
Working Parents
To create and foster a community for working parents to receive encouragement, feel valued, to learn from each other, and share the unique challenges faced by fellow parents.
Hiring Our Heroes
A-LIGN’s core values are an integral part of our culture and diverse team. As we continue to grow our team of top talent, we are excited and honored to facilitate the transition and professional growth of military personnel in our community through our partnership with Hiring Our Heroes. The Hiring Our Heroes (HOH) Fellowship Program is a workforce development internship that places skilled transitioning veterans and their family members with employers committed to supporting the initiative. A-LIGN has proudly partnered with HOH since 2020, providing our Fellows with professional training and hands-on experience in the compliance and cybersecurity industry, and having extended full-time employment opportunities post-fellowship.
