ABOUT ANDREW

Andrew Houshian is VP of Service Delivery Operations and is responsible for supporting and managing operational departments that include the Reporting and QA team, the Talent Acquisition team, and the Learning and Development teams. Andrew oversees operational departments comprised of a total of 25 people between the three departments. Andrews helps to ensure the operational departments are effectively supporting and communicating with the service delivery teams to provide exceptional client service.
