John Carradine Honored at the Tampa Bay Business Journal’s 2019 CFO of the Year Awards

On Thursday, May 9, 2019, A-LIGN CFO/COO John Carradine was honored as one of the recipients of the Tampa Bay Business Journal’s 2019 CFO of the Year Awards. Carradine was one of 20 honorees awarded at this year’s event.

The CFO of the Year award recognizes local financial executives who demonstrate an outstanding excellence in financial leadership and a dedication to their communities. Honorees are selected by a panel of judges and evaluated based on career background, implementation of strategic initiatives, community involvement and overall excellence in financial leadership.

John Carradine CFO of the Year Carradine’s career in public accounting started at a predecessor firm to Ernst & Young. Soon after, he accepted an internal finance position with a mid-sized company and later moved to HealthAxis, where he held a number of roles including CEO, CFO and COO.

Carradine joined A-LIGN in 2017 and has since helped secure funding through a $54.5 million investment by FTV Capital. He has helped establish the firm’s international operations by expanding its business to Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Carradine also devised a strategic process to collect historical financial data and provide projections to determine capacity needs, which allows A-LIGN to achieve its goals and helps drive business success.
